The other day I was in an automation class and we were talking about industrial processes, specifically open and close loops. The teacher talked about Stability within these processes and I found that the definition he provided fit perfectly with regards to a human being’s process of re-defining the word Stability.
He mentioned that for a system to be Stable it requires to correct error, therefore Stability is based on correcting errors / mistakes. Errors being the sum of everything involved within the process.
Previous to this, I would see Stability as no errors / mistakes, because “if you are stable, then you are not going to be influenced / triggered by your emotions and if you were to be triggered, then you are not a Stable person”, which is already a misconception, because for self to become Stable it would mean to reach a point of ‘full perfection’ so to speak — where no mind is ever involved and that can cause frustration as it becomes a self-limitation, because it’s not based on the reality of self in self-honesty.
So once you realize that Stability IS related to errors / mistakes it allows you to change your perspective and your own definitions. Therefore, you will become more and more Stable as long as you correct yourself. Errors will still exist but who you are within it will determine whether you are Stable or not — and how can you make sure? Seeing the outcome of your process in self-honesty.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to think, believe and perceive that errors / mistakes cannot happen if you are a ‘stable being’.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not see, realize and understand that errors / mistakes ARE part of Stability.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to think and believe that for me to become Stable I don’t have to ever experience thoughts, feelings and emotions as ‘errors’, without realizing that that’s not true, because I am walking a process to slowly but surely stop my mind consciousness system so I can see real time my thoughts, feelings and emotions where I decide to breathe and bring forth my beingness as self-awareness and self-expression instead of acting out automated programming.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize that Errors build Stability, therefore it is a one on one relationship.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to have defined myself as someone emotionally unstable when experiencing emotions, without seeing, realizing and understanding that in thinking like that I am limiting myself through self-judgment as self-sabotage.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not realize that as long as I don’t correct errors / mistakes / thoughts / emotions / feelings / reactions I won’t be walking the process of becoming Stable every time errors take place in my life.
I forgive myself that I have accepted and allowed myself to not see, realize and understand that errors are a gift, an opportunity to build Stability, therefore the more errors you correct, the more Stable you become.
I commit myself to re-define and live the word Stability as a constant process of correcting errors that can take place in my life.
I commit myself to embrace and to work on correcting errors / mistakes unconditionally.
